We welcome Andrea McFadden, BBA, to our 2025 Intern Class. We are excited that she will provide services to our community through both telehealth and in-office settings.
"I am Andrea McFadden, a dedicated MFT Graduate Intern passionate about serving veterans, women, Christians, and blended families. My own journey, shaped by trauma and resilience, drives my commitment to the transformative power of psychotherapy. Growing up in chaotic circumstances in Saint Louis, MO, I developed a desire to help others heal and grow. I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, enabling individuals to confront their pain and reframe their narratives. With nearly 20 years of marriage and experience raising children, I understand the complexities of blended families and create a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their vulnerabilities. My decade of service in the U.S. Navy while raising children deepened my understanding of the challenges veterans face during transitions, especially when integrating into new family structures. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University and am currently pursuing my MFT license. As an ordained minister with Faith Focused Counseling, I emphasize addressing our past while focusing on the future for lasting healing. My internships at Lifeology and Move Toward Change, as well as my work as a spiritual consultant, have inspired me to advocate for meaningful change in our communities."
I am supervised by Hawanya B. Miller, LMFT-S (#203524), an AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
My services are part of our Affordable Counseling Program.
I also provide services at Lifeologie-Rockwall.
